Dr Dawie de Villiers graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1989 which gives him over 30 years experience in the dental industry. He has a special interest in Reconstructive Aesthetic & Cosmetic dentistry. He is passionate about his patients & people in general and continuously build lifelong connections wherever he goes. He runs a practice that is friendly, professional and on the leading edge of technological advances in the dental industry.
Dr Marlene grew up in Pretoria and completed her Dentistry degree in 2018 through the University of Pretoria. She obtained a post-grad in paediatric dentistry in 2020. She loves to treat families from young to old and takes it very seriously to make all patients feel comfortable in her dental chair. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team at Dental On Gray.
Dr Tian is originally from Secunda, Mpumalanga where he was born and raised. He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Pretoria before returning to his hometown. Seeing a patient’s self confidence grow, is what makes him so passionate about orthodontic treatment. He moved to the Garden Route in 2022 while completing his Orthodontic mentorship. Outside of dentistry, you’ll find him on the golf course or in the gym. He and his wife love traveling and exploring hidden gems.
Dr Mark Meyer is the Founder and Director of the Facial and Oral Surgery private clinic situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. He founded the clinic in order to offer all his patients superior services with the most technological advancements in the field of Maxillo-Facial and Oral Surgery. Kathryn has been practicing oral hygiene for 14 years. She enjoys interacting with her patients and always treat them in a friendly and comfortable manner. She believes the more gentle she is, the less pain and the more likely a patient will look forward to their next oral hygiene visit. Kathryn is very compassionate and a great asset to our team!
Youlanda has been with Dental ON Gray since 2012 and her role has constantly evolved and matured during her time at the practice. Her dedication, loyalty and competency in all that she does, make her an impeccable practice manager, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from day to day. She manages, maintains and oversees all administrative duties. Her ability to handle multiple tasks at once, makes her an irreplaceable asset to our team.
Irene will be the first BIG smile you see when entering the practice. She is very efficient; hands-on and always friendly! She handles all of the appointments and some of the administration. Irene brings a wonderful serenity and calmness to the practice for our patients and our team.
Edwina is Dr De Villiers’ assistant and has been at Dental ON Gray for about 10 years, giving her the well-deserved title as the Head Dental Assistant. She takes pride in ensuring all our surgeries are fully equipped and stocked with the necessary supplies needed to keep the practice running smoothly. She is always willing to teach and mentor her fellow dental assistants. She is kind, reliable, highly competent & skilled in her field.
Nikki lives by the motto that positivity attracts positivity and that what you as a person put in, that is exactly what you’ll get out. She believes that if you put your mind and energy to something you will always achieve it. This motto really shines through in her everyday life. In her spare time, Nikki loves to spend time with her daughter. Nikki is a great asset to our team!
Cynthia is responsible for keeping our surgery in a pristine condition. You will never find her without a smile on her face. She is very committed and has a ‘can-do’ attitude.
